چکیده
Aim: This study aimed to compare the heart rate (HR) values and technical actions frequencies during small-sided (SSG) generic (GG) games in women futsal players. Methods: Six players (age: 20.5 ± 7.4 years, height: 163.3 16 cm, body mass: 57.9 22 kg, maximum of oxygen consumption (VO2max): 42.0 9 mL.kg.min−1) performed two experimental conditions days separated for at least 72h interval: (1) one set 10 min SSG, 3x3 players; (2) GG, 4 (1 joker) x During each session, subject's HR were monitored every 1 play. Pass, shot, dribbling, driving, disarmament recorded games. Results: There was no difference between SSG GG average (p = 0.50). The that first minute higher than 0.02). HRmax equivalent 91.9% 90.8% incremental test, respectively. Total (+ 18.4%, p 0.001) GG. Pass (+16%; 0.01) comparison Conclusion: Both models AT velocity. suggesting model is a suitable physiological stimulus development female

Effects of Exercise Duration and Number of Players in Heart Rate Responses and Technical Skills During Futsal Small-sided Games
In the design of training programs, it is common for coaches to modify task constraints to conduct the drill intensity at the targeted level. Sport specific drills with variations are constantly used in Futsal practices, however the knowledge about how these variations influence drill intensity and technical demands is very scarce. The purpose of this study was to measure the physiological and ...

This study compared the physical demands of friendly matches (FMs) and small-sided games (SGs) in semiprofessional soccer players by means of global positioning system technology. Twenty-seven semiprofessional soccer players were monitored during 7 FMs and 9 sessions involving different SGs. Their physical profile was described on the basis of 20 variables related to distances and frequencies a...

Futsal, the 5-a-side version of soccer (i.e. 1 goalkeeper and 4 outfield players), was introduced in 1930 and continues to grow in popularity around the world. Competitive games comprise of two 20-min periods of high-intensity and intermittent activities requiring substantial physical, tactical, and technical efforts from the players. A greater understanding of the physical and skill requiremen...

Small-sided games (SSGs) are frequently used as an alternative to interval training to provide an aerobic training stimulus.1 Although the variability of the physical, perceptual, and physiological responses during SSGs training has been previously established,2,3 an understanding of the reproducibility of the acute physiological responses and movement demands of these games, when completed wit...

Introduction: Training techniques, age, and climatic conditions may play a significant role in physiological responses of soccer players. Therefore, this study set out to investigate changes in the serum interleukin-18 (IL-18) and blood lactate levels of teenagers after playing small-sided soccer games in warm weather. Corresponde...
